At OWD Media LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our IPTV services. However, due to the nature of digital streaming products and the costs involved in provisioning access, we enforce a clear and fair refund policy outlined below.
2. General Refund Policy
All purchases of IPTV subscriptions, trials, and add-ons are considered final and non-refundable, except in circumstances explicitly covered by this policy or required by applicable law.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind;
- Incompatibility with your device or software environment;
- Temporary service disruptions;
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period;
- Duplicate purchases caused by user error.
3. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Technical Issue – If you experience a technical problem that we cannot resolve within 72 hours of a verified support request.
- Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same subscription twice within a short timeframe and have not used both.
- Non-Activation – If your subscription or service was never activated and you submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase.

4. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered, regardless of usage status.
5. Processing and Approval
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
- Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the duration of service used or other relevant factors.
6. No Refunds for Free Trials or Promotional Access
Subscriptions started under a free trial or promotional offer are not eligible for a refund. You are responsible for canceling before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
7. Chargebacks and Account Termination
Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of our terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account and service access. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of service delivery.
